  • Security Deposit: $300.00* w/ Approved Credit (Refundable)
  • Administrative Fee: $200.00 (Non-Refundable)
  • Private Garage (based on availability): $150 per month
  • Water Deposit: $50.00 (Refundable)
  • Key Deposit: $50.00 (Refundable)
  • Valet Trash: $25 per month
